I’m a mom and I love coaching other moms. The challenges that all women face [time management, over stressed, under-appreciated, nurturer to all but self] are compounded when you’re a mom. Look, I understand that after having children your body isn’t the only thing to change. Sometimes you have to discover who you are all over again.
The Body After Baby Lifestyle is about more than just getting your flat stomach [yes, I know this is important to you]. It’s also about being “Fit” in all the different areas of your life. Being fit physically, nutritionally, mentally and spiritually.

You could get down to your goal weight and still feel miserable. What good is that? You will most certainly gain it back. That’s why you need more than just a diet and an exercise program [although we have one of the best "post-natal and beyond" programs out there]. You need support.
