Having a baby can be one of the happiest times of your life. A time of great anticipation, which can sometimes be accompanied by a bit of anxiety. Well, one thing you shouldn’t be anxious about is whether or not you’ll lose your pregnancy weight. Having a baby doesn’t have to be a death sentence to your body. All you need are the right tools, some motivation, and viola — the body that even the childless are envious of.
B.A.B.Y. author, Kristine Louis, has been a health and wellness expert for more than 8 years. She is the mother of two, an 11 year-old and a 2 year old, and she knows the difficulties that come with trying to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle with kids underfoot. She is owner of My Body My Way Health & Fitness Studio in Bowie, MD, and spokeswoman for the Body After Baby Yes® Program.
A former personal trainer and Figure competitor, Kristine currently provides phone Coaching services and nutritional assistance to individuals, and is available to organizations as a wellness resource.
