Blogging, Day 2

It looks like the best time for me to write is going to be at night when everyone else has gone to sleep.  That’s probably the same with most moms of young children. Today I have burned 2018 calories so far.  I know this because I have been relentlessly wearing my bodybugg.  I guess that’s pretty good for me considering I didn’t exercise.  Getting back into the swing of things has been a little harder than expected and even more mentally aggravating since my expertise is in the health and fitness field.  My diet has improved, but I’m still a long way from my goal. I gained way too much weight during my pregnancy.  And, I must say, it wasn’t all baby.  And I also must say, “I know better”.  I don’t know what got into me, but I made a total pig of myself during this pregnancy.  Something I would definitely discourage anyone, from doing.  Just think, I was really looking forward to a fit and healthy pregnancy and I did the total opposite.  So now I’m paying for it.  Well there is a silver lining — I know exactly how to get it off.
