I must admit, my body definitely reacted differently to baby number two. For one thing, I’m nine years older and that certainly plays a role. I really thought it was going to be easier to get back to my original size, but I really gained a lot more weight this time around. And towards the end I swear I looked like a sea lion. So, ok, it can be harder the second, and I’m sure the third, time around, especially if you don’t maintain a good exercise and nutrition program. I’ve really cleaned up my diet but I’m still having challenges with getting my workouts in. When I have the time I often opt for doing work over exercise. I know this has got to change though, because in actuality the more I exercise the more efficient I will be with my work.
