Protein Shake – My Favorite Recipe: Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana

I drink a protein shake every morning and I have a variety of different shakes I like to make. But this one has got to be one of my favorites. I call it my Reeses Banana Shake. It is so simple to make, and so satisfying to drink. A healthy treat that makes you feel like your cheating. Here’s the recipe:

1 c vanilla rice milk, or soy milk, or water
1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder [we use APEX protein powder at the studio, but use your favorite]
1 banana
1 tbls. peanut butter

Blend well. ENJOY. :)
