Several days ago I said I would let you know about a few natural sweeteners that I plan to keep in my diet. Sugar from fruit is definitely staying. The other sweeteners are listed below. Not quite sure how I will incorporate them yet. One thing is for sure, I’m very proud of myself for staying away from those baked goods that I love so much.
* Brown Rice Syrup
* Barley Malt
* Date Sugar
* Honey
* Maple Syrup
* Molasses
* Sorghum
* Agave Nectar
